The East Cement Project (Mashhad) is located approximately 24 km along the Mashhad–Kalat Road.
The project involves the construction of steel and concrete structures for the development of the fourth production line of the East Cement Factory.
The execution of the project was awarded to Omran Maroon Engineers Co. and includes the construction of the Crusher, Pre-Heater, Raw Material Silo, Cement Silos, Cement Mill, Windward House, and other associated structures for the first and second sections of the production line.
The East Cement Factory Expansion Project comprised the construction of the principal structural and industrial facilities required for the fourth production line of the cement plant. Executed by Omran Maroon Engineers Co., the project included the development of major reinforced concrete and structural steel facilities for the first and second sections of the production line in accordance with industrial construction standards.
The scope of work included the construction of the Crusher Building, Pre-Heater Structure, Raw Material Silo, Cement Silos, Cement Mill Building, Windward House, and other associated industrial structures supporting the production process. Construction activities comprised 40,000 m³ of reinforced concrete works, 4,000 tons of reinforcement, 38,000 m² of formwork, and 3,700 tons of structural steel works, providing the infrastructure required for a production capacity of 3,500 tons per day.
Completed by Omran Maroon Engineers Co. as the Contractor, the project was delivered in accordance with engineering standards, project management requirements, and contractual specifications during the 18-month construction period, supporting the expansion of the cement manufacturing facilities.
The execution of the East Cement Factory Expansion Project engaged multidisciplinary engineering, technical, and construction teams throughout the project implementation. The construction of reinforced concrete and structural steel facilities, together with major industrial process buildings, silos, transfer structures, and supporting infrastructure, required the coordinated efforts of specialists in industrial construction, structural engineering, civil works, and steel erection.
As the Contractor, Omran Maroon Engineers Co. managed and coordinated all major construction activities, ensuring effective workforce organization and the successful execution of the project in full compliance with technical specifications, project management requirements, and contractual obligations throughout the 18-month construction period.
Omran Maroon Engineers Co. manages the procurement and supply of construction materials, equipment, and site resources through an integrated supply chain management system. Procurement activities are carried out in accordance with project schedules, technical specifications, and quality requirements, ensuring the timely availability of materials and equipment while supporting efficient project execution.
