The project includes the supply of materials and the construction of 310 cast-in-place concrete piles for the silos and the 4th cement mill production line of the factory.
Two excavators were deployed at the project site for the execution of the piling works. Despite the extremely hard soil conditions encountered at the lower levels, the piles were constructed with the highest possible quality and within a compressed construction schedule.
The project comprised the construction of the foundation piling system for the silos and the fourth cement mill production line, including the supply of materials and the execution of 310 cast-in-place reinforced concrete piles. The piling works were carried out under challenging ground conditions, requiring specialized construction methods and strict quality control throughout the execution process.
Despite encountering extremely hard soil conditions at the lower excavation levels, the project was completed with high construction quality while maintaining a compressed implementation schedule. The execution utilized dedicated piling equipment, including two excavators deployed to support continuous site operations and efficient project delivery.
Construction activities included 7,000 m³ of concrete works and 750 tons of reinforcement for the piling system. Executed by the Contracting Consortium of Takapoo Design & Industry Management, Omran Maroon Engineers Co., and Aban 55 Co., the project was completed in accordance with technical specifications and contractual requirements during the 9-month construction period, providing a reliable foundation system for the new industrial facilities.
The execution of the piling works for the East Cement Factory Expansion Project engaged specialized engineering, geotechnical, and construction teams throughout the project implementation. The construction of 310 cast-in-place reinforced concrete piles under challenging ground conditions required the coordinated efforts of experienced personnel in foundation engineering, reinforced concrete works, heavy equipment operation, and quality control.
The successful execution of the piling system under extremely hard soil conditions and within a compressed construction schedule required efficient workforce coordination, continuous site supervision, and strict adherence to technical specifications and construction quality standards.
As a member of the Contracting Consortium, Omran Maroon Engineers Co. contributed to the organization and coordination of construction activities, supporting the successful completion of the foundation works in compliance with contractual requirements throughout the 9-month construction period.
