The Peyvand Golestan Cement Project is located at approximately the 5th kilometer of the Galikesh–Kalaleh Road in Golestan Province.
The project is designed to supply the cement demand of the northeastern region of the country, with a production capacity of 3,000 tons.
The Peyvand Golestan Cement Project involved the construction of industrial structures and facilities required for the development of a cement production plant with a capacity of 3,000 tons per day. The project was executed to provide the necessary infrastructure for cement production in accordance with industrial construction standards.
The scope of work included the execution of reinforced concrete structures, structural steel works, and associated industrial facilities required for the operation of the cement plant. The construction activities comprised 39,000 m³ of concrete works, 4,000 tons of reinforcement, 50,000 m² of formwork, and 450 tons of steel works, supporting the development of the production facilities.
Executed by Omran Maroon Engineers Co. as the Contractor, the project was completed in accordance with technical specifications and contractual requirements during the 24-month construction period, contributing to the expansion of cement production infrastructure in the region.
The execution of the Peyvand Golestan Cement Project engaged multidisciplinary engineering, technical, and construction teams throughout the project implementation. The construction of industrial facilities, reinforced concrete structures, formwork systems, reinforcement works, and structural steel components required the coordinated efforts of specialists in industrial construction, civil engineering, structural works, and site execution activities.
As the Contractor, Omran Maroon Engineers Co. managed and coordinated the construction operations, ensuring effective workforce organization and the successful implementation of the project in compliance with technical specifications and contractual requirements throughout the 24-month construction period.

Procurement activities are carried out in accordance with project schedules, technical specifications, and quality requirements, ensuring the timely availability of materials and equipment while supporting efficient project execution.
