Economic Benefits

The Lamerd Cement Project is located in Lamerd City, Fars Province, approximately 25 km along the Lamerd–Eshkenan Road, near Keshkouyeh Village.

The project includes the construction of the Lamerd Cement Factory, comprising the construction of buildings, installations, and the production line facilities from the crusher to the end of the cooler, as well as the construction of cement silos using slip formwork.

About This Project

The Lamerd Cement Factory Project comprised the construction of the principal industrial buildings, production facilities, and structural infrastructure required for the establishment of a new cement manufacturing plant with a production capacity of 3,300 tons per day. The project covered the execution of the production line from the crusher to the end of the cooler, together with the construction of the associated industrial buildings and installations.

The scope of work included the construction of reinforced concrete structures, industrial facilities, and cement silos using slip-form construction technology, ensuring efficient and high-quality execution of the vertical concrete structures. Construction activities comprised 50,000 m³ of concrete works and 5,000 tons of reinforcement, providing the structural infrastructure required for the complete production line.

Executed by Omran Maroon Engineers Co. as the Contractor, the project was completed in accordance with engineering standards, technical specifications, and contractual requirements during the 13-month construction period, delivering the essential industrial infrastructure for the new cement manufacturing facility.

Employment

The execution of the Lamerd Cement Factory Project engaged multidisciplinary engineering, technical, and construction teams throughout the project implementation. The construction of industrial buildings, production line facilities, reinforced concrete structures, cement silos, and associated installations required the coordinated efforts of specialists in industrial construction, civil engineering, reinforced concrete works, slip-form construction, and site operations.

The execution of the production line facilities, from the crusher to the cooler, together with the construction of high-quality slip-formed cement silos, required experienced technical personnel and effective coordination between engineering and construction teams to maintain project quality and schedule.

As the Contractor, Omran Maroon Engineers Co. managed and coordinated all major construction activities, ensuring efficient workforce organization and the successful execution of the project in accordance with technical specifications and contractual requirements throughout the 13-month construction period.
