The Anahita Reservoir Dam (Kabutarlaneh) is an earth-fill dam with a clay core located in Kermanshah Province, Iran.
The project includes complementary construction works for the main dam body, including embankment works, concreting of auxiliary structures, drilling and grouting operations, construction of the operation building, installation of hydromechanical and electrical equipment and instrumentation systems, landscaping works, and 3,200 m of fencing.
Additional works include the construction of rocky and floating wharves, management of the downstream river pathway, construction of potable water storage tanks, and the construction and equipping of a hydrometric station. The project is being implemented in Kermanshah Province by Omran Maroon Engineers Company.
The Anahita (Kabutarlaneh) Reservoir Dam project comprises the completion of complementary construction works for an earth-fill dam with a clay core, together with the execution of associated civil, hydraulic, electromechanical, and infrastructure facilities. The project includes the construction of operational buildings, hydraulic structures, river management works, ancillary facilities, and site development activities required to support the long-term operation of the dam. Implemented in Kermanshah Province, the project contributes to the completion of key water resources infrastructure through the integrated execution of dam-related construction works.
The project execution covered a wide range of complementary construction activities, including embankment works, concrete structures, drilling and grouting operations, construction of the operation building, installation of hydromechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems, as well as landscaping and site development works. Additional activities included river training, construction of wharves, potable water storage facilities, hydrometric station installation, and perimeter fencing, ensuring the successful completion of the dam’s supporting infrastructure in accordance with the project requirements.
Omran Maroon Engineers Co. manages the procurement and supply of construction materials, equipment, and site resources through an integrated supply chain management system. Procurement activities are carried out in accordance with project schedules, technical specifications, and quality requirements, ensuring the timely availability of materials and equipment while supporting efficient project execution.
