Construction of Governmental Mass Housing Residential Project
The project is one of the governmental mass housing developments providing residential units for low-income people. It is located in the new city of Sadra, Shiraz.
The development is divided into two sections comprising 240-unit and 450-unit residential developments, consisting of 23 blocks, each containing 30 apartments distributed over 5 floors. The building type is Residential, and the structural system is Concrete.
The Sadra Governmental Mass Housing Project is a large-scale residential development constructed as part of a government housing program aimed at providing affordable residential units for low-income families. Located in the new city of Sadra, the project comprises 690 residential units distributed across 23 residential blocks, each consisting of five floors with six apartments per floor.
With a total built-up area of 60,500 m², the project was designed and executed using a reinforced concrete structural system, providing durable and efficient residential buildings in accordance with modern construction standards. The development was implemented in two phases, including 240-unit and 450-unit residential sections, creating an integrated housing community.
Executed by Omran Maroon Engineers Co. as the Contractor, the project was completed in compliance with engineering standards, technical specifications, and contractual requirements throughout the 24-month construction period, delivering a high-quality residential complex in support of the national mass housing program.
The execution of the Sadra Governmental Mass Housing Project engaged multidisciplinary engineering, technical, and construction teams throughout the project implementation.
