Construction of a Residential Complex
The project is located in the Minoodar region of Qazvin City. The contract was signed in August 2012 between Farhangian House Supply Company and Omran Maroon Engineers Co. as the project contractor.
The development consists of 132 residential units in a 14-story building. The building type is Residential, and the structural system is Concrete. The project is constructed using industrial methods to comply with manufacturing and quality control standards. The scope of work includes the complete execution of structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical works.
The Farhangian Residential Complex is a reinforced concrete residential development comprising the complete construction of a 14-story residential building with 132 residential units. Executed using industrial construction methods, the project incorporated structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical works in accordance with established manufacturing and quality control standards.
The project includes a 13,754 m² built-up area with a 42 m structural height, supported by a reinforced concrete structural system. Construction activities comprised 3,000 m³ of earthworks, 4,200 m³ of reinforced concrete, 690 tons of reinforcement, and 21,000 m² of formwork, providing the structural framework and supporting infrastructure for the residential development.
Executed by Omran Maroon Engineers Co. as the Contractor, the project was completed in accordance with engineering standards, technical specifications, and contractual requirements during the 18-month construction period, delivering a modern residential complex with integrated structural and building systems.
The execution of the Farhangian Residential Complex engaged multidisciplinary engineering, technical, and construction teams throughout the project implementation. The construction of a 14-story reinforced concrete residential building, together with the execution of structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical works using industrial construction methods, required the coordinated efforts of specialists in civil engineering, structural construction, building systems, and site management.
The implementation of an integrated residential development under industrial construction standards demanded efficient workforce planning, continuous technical supervision, and close coordination among engineering and construction teams to ensure quality control, construction efficiency, and timely project delivery.
As the Contractor, Omran Maroon Engineers Co. managed and coordinated all project activities, ensuring effective workforce organization and the successful execution of the residential complex in full compliance with technical specifications and contractual requirements throughout the 18-month construction period.
Omran Maroon Engineers Co. manages the procurement and supply of construction materials, equipment, and site resources through an integrated supply chain management system. Procurement activities are carried out in accordance with project schedules, technical specifications, and quality requirements, ensuring the timely availability of materials and equipment while supporting efficient project execution.
